We do not offer any direct support for LimeSurvey Community Edition - but our LimeSurvey Partners offer professional services for LimeSurvey CE. Please visit the Official Partner website and contact a Partner of your choice.

We do offer technical support for ComfortUpdate for subscribers to our ComfortUpdate service.

If you experience problems with your ComfortUpdate function, please open a ticket in our support tracker.

I want to apply for a discount

Great! We are eager to help to reach a goal for the greater good.

For the student discount please send us a scan of your student ID, or even better, a certificate of enrollment.

For the education discount we need to be able to confirm the use for academic purpose. For example, if you are registering as a teacher or lecturer, we should find a reference to you on your university/school site or similar.

For charitable organizations we need proof of the charitable cause.

I have a question regarding my invoice

We are very sorry if something is not as you requested it.

I need someone to create a custom survey theme, or design/analyze my survey

We at LimeSurvey are always trying to give you the best experience by focusing on our Cloud service and improving the software.

Unfortunately, things like creating themes and analyzing surveys take a lot of time, which we prefer to spend on making LimeSurvey better.
